| Amitabh
Parekh Chairman & Managing Director As Chairman & Managing Director, Amitabh is responsible for the direction and vision of Parekh Aluminex Limited’s current and future initiatives. A hands-on leader, Amitabh heads the day-to-day operations of the Company along with all the departmental heads. His 10 years of hardcore shop-floor and market experience has led to the development of several niche products, tailored to client requirements. Under his formidable leadership, the Company’s sales have grown from Rs.108.60 lakhs in F.Y.1995-96 to Rs.7500.54 lakhs in F.Y.2004-05 and the Net Profit has grown from Rs.12.42 lakhs in F.Y. 1995-96 to Rs.523.58 lakhs in F.Y. 2004.05. With his aggressive approach, the Company started exports in the year 2000-01 and the export sales grew from 408.38 lakhs to 1951.05 lakhs. Amitabh’s meticulous approach and work ethics have resulted
in the company acquiring the ISO Certification, an ‘A’
rating from the bankers, a high Credit rating from Dun & Bradstreet,
‘Export House’ status and getting listed on the Bombay
Stock Exchange (BSE). |

Waghela As Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, Shashikant is one of the principal officers of the company. He has successfully administered the first public issue of the company, which was oversubscribed. |

Rathi General Manager - Finance Vallabh, a highly qualified and experienced finance professional, is responsible for the financial functions that support and guide Parekh Aluminex Limited’s strategic and operational efforts. He looks after the Company’s finances and its working capital requirements. |

Vaikul Accounts Manager - Office Prasad has acquired in-depth knowledge of the Company’s working and accounting needs over the years. He is responsible for the finalisation of accounts, compiling MIS reports – for Banks & internal audit alike, and also looks after Parekh Aluminex Limited’s participation in government and institutional tenders. |

Parekh Aluminex Limited’s products has proven to be an unparalleled
asset in his sales and marketing initiatives. Prashant also liaises
with Government departments and institutions and his mission is to
expand Parekh Aluminex Limited’s leadership position in the
domestic market. |
